With limited licenses and an ever-increasing interest in Washington’s cannabis market, the importance of thoroughly and correctly filing your production, processing, or retail license application can not be stressed enough.

The Washington State Liquor Control Board will be accepting the first round of applications during a 30-day period that started November 18, 2013. Businesses will be assessed by how well they meet the requirements, with an emphasis on location procurement.  If there is a surplus of qualified applicants, they will be entered into a lottery and drawn at random.
